If you choose to cancel

For more than 7 days to the experience, you can reschedule by contacting AquaEvent AB directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, such as overnight stays and experiences that require long preparation, therefore there may be some exceptions. This is stated under Rules and Safety on the experience product page.

At less than 7 days until the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve costs that must be covered and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness) please contact the experience manager so they know that you will not be attending. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are usually welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
